- 3 / 5By Joe BeeWhen I arrived and pressed the red button it took the cashier about 5 minutes to respond to me. She was polite and took my order. It then took another 10 minutes just to get my food. I have been to plenty of sonics that were far busier and the service time was on point. Finally got my food and the order was incorrect. Had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to respond to correct the mistake.April 11, 2017

I guess someone was here before me an ordered a water and left because when I press the red button to order my meal, she's was like what can I add on for you, I nicely said I haven't ordered yet. With an attitude she yelled what can I add for you, again I said I haven't ordered yet. I would like to start a new order, I could hear her over saying ok whatever what can't I get for you? Really?
